Ferry Routes and Cruises

There are two ferry companies offering three major routes. TT Lines and Scandilines both offer services to Rostock while TT Lines manages a route to Travemünde and Scandilines operates one to Sassnitz.
Trelleborg to Rostock
Ferries depart from Trelleborg for the port of Rostock between two and four times every day.
The journey time is approximately 5 hours, 30 minutes. For several years, Rostock has been an important hub in Germany for ferries bound to and from Finland, Scandinavia, the Baltic States and Russia; and it is also an important hub for cruise liners. The port is often used as an access point for Berlin.
Trelleborg to Travemünde
Ferries bound for the port of Travemünde depart once or twice every day. Total travel time from port to port is about 7 hours. Travemünde is the site of Europe's largest ferry terminal, supporting an annual throughput of 1 million passengers. It's an enormous port with eight piers, rail access, and a full range of facilities.
Trelleborg to Sassnitz
The route to Sassnitz in Germany sees as many as five ferries depart each day with the journey lasting 3 hours, 45 minutes. On the eastern edge of the Isle of Ruegen, the modern Sassnitz Port offers the fastest connections to the Baltic States, Russia, and Sweden as well as offering excellent passenger facilities.
